stationery list

Grade 8 - Grade 12

Homeschooling is an educational approach where parents or guardians provide instruction at home, which often means taking responsibility for selecting the necessary stationery and supplies. In a homeschooling environment, stationery requirements can vary depending on the curriculum and the child’s learning style, but having the right tools is essential for effective learning.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

Lever arch vs exercise books

When choosing between Lever arch files with dividers and exercise books for your child’s homeschooling, it’s important to consider their learning style and the subject requirements. Lever arch files with dividers offer more flexibility, allowing your child to organize different topics or sections within a subject. This can be particularly useful for subjects that require extensive note-taking or additional resources.

Exercise books, on the other hand, are great for keeping things simple and contained, with each subject having its own dedicated space.

Prerequisites to Consider

When a choice of Physical Science or Information Technology is made, the learner must choose Mathematics. Any learner who takes Dramatic Arts must work with a qualified drama teacher. This must be emailed to info@moorehouse.co.za
Hospitality and Consumer Studies PAT components require an approved assessor, this is an additional cost for the parent’s account.
Information Technology will be completed through our partner company SSIR and as such is charged at an additional cost.
